Role Summary Onsite
The MongoDB Architect will design and lead the database consolidation strategy ensuring optimal schema design sharding and performance tuning This role will work closely with crossfunctional teams to define the vision architecture and migration approach for MongoDBbased data transformation
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement the final vision for MongoDB schema and sharding strategy
Lead the design of the consolidated database architecture ensuring scalability and resilience
Define and validate shard key selection indexing and performance optimization strategies
Collaborate with application teams to align API and query structures with the new schema
Establish Atlas cluster configuration crossregion replication and security best practices
Provide guidance on incremental migration strategy and data validation mechanisms
Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment of database architecture with business goals
