What is M&A Integration?

M&A Integration refers to the process of combining and reorganizing two companies after a merger or acquisition to achieve the desired strategic and financial objectives. This involves aligning operations, systems, cultures, and processes, as well as managing people and resources to ensure a smooth transition. Effective M&A Integration is crucial for realizing synergies, minimizing disruption, and maximizing the value of the deal. It typically includes activities such as change management, IT integration, legal and compliance alignment, and communication planning.
