Luxury Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Manager)

Our team is dedicated to providing a sophisticated, transparent, and customer-focused vehicle purchasing process. We are currently seeking a highly professional Luxury Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Manager) to join our leadership team and help deliver a seamless and premium ownership experience for our clients.

Position Overview
The Luxury Automotive Finance Manager plays a critical role in finalizing vehicle purchases by structuring financing, presenting protection products, and ensuring full regulatory compliance. This role requires a polished professional who can deliver a consultative, high-end client experience while achieving strong profitability and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Structure vehicle financing and leasing solutions tailored to luxury clientele

  • Present premium protection products such as Extended Service Contracts, GAP Protection, Wheel & Tire coverage, and Maintenance plans

  • Work closely with national and regional lenders to secure competitive financing options

  • Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and manufacturer programs

  • Ensure all deals are processed accurately and in full compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations

  • Deliver a seamless transition from the sales consultant to the finance office

  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism with client financial information

  • Achieve and exceed dealership profitability and product penetration goals

  • Provide a refined, concierge-level client experience during the final stage of the purchase

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience preferred

  • Luxury dealership experience strongly preferred

  • Strong knowledge of leasing, financing structures, and lender programs

  • Proven ability to achieve high product penetration and profitability targets

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail

  • Experience with CDK, Dealertrack, Darwin, RouteOne, CVR, and digital econtracting platforms

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Submit to and successfully complete MVR, spotless background check, & pre-employment drug test.
