Entry-Level Luxury Automotive Sales Professional - Delivery Specialist
Genesis of Manchester - Bedford, NH
Genesis of Manchester is seeking ambitious, professional individuals who want to begin a long-term career in luxury automotive sales.
This is not a traditional "car salesperson" position.
This role is designed as a professional development path where selected candidates will first train as a Delivery Specialist while learning how to become a luxury sales professional within the Genesis brand experience.
We are building a standalone luxury dealership environment focused on hospitality, professionalism, and client experience - not high-pressure sales tactics.
The Opportunity
For the first 90 days, you will earn a guaranteed salary of $3,000 per month while training inside our luxury sales process and serving as a Genesis Delivery Specialist.
This phase is designed to help you:
  • Learn Genesis vehicles inside and out
  • Develop professional communication skills
  • Understand luxury client expectations
  • Build confidence interacting with high-end clientele
  • Master the ownership experience before transitioning into sales

Rather than immediately placing new hires into commission-only automotive sales, we believe future luxury professionals should first learn the product, the process, and the customer experience the right way.
What Does a Delivery Specialist Do?
As a Delivery Specialist, you will:
  • Conduct luxury vehicle deliveries for Genesis clients
  • Teach clients vehicle technology, features, and ownership functions
  • Assist guests with Genesis Connected Services and mobile app setup
  • Help create a calm, premium ownership experience
  • Support showroom presentation and client hospitality
  • Observe and train alongside experienced sales leadership
  • Learn our structured luxury sales process in real time

You will become comfortable interacting with clients in a professional, polished environment before transitioning into a full sales role.
After the Training Period
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time Genesis Sales Professional position with performance-based compensation and advancement opportunities.
