Job description

What This Role Offers
This position begins as a commission-only role for 90 days, with a clear path to full-time
employment after meeting performance goals.
Phase 1: First 90 Days
• Commission: 8%–12% per closed project
• No cap on earnings
• High-value projects (luxury market)
• Flexible schedule

Phase 2: Full-Time Opportunity (After Meeting Targets)
• Base salary + commission structure
• Performance bonuses

What You’ll Do
• Build relationships with:
o Interior designers
o Architects
o Luxury home builders

o General contractors
• Prospect and generate new business
• Conduct showroom meetings and job-site visits
• Present samples and explain premium finishes
• Follow up consistently and close deals
• Maintain an active sales pipeline
• Work closely with our production team to ensure accurate scope

Who You Are
• 3+ years in sales (construction, interiors, finishes, luxury products preferred)
• Strong local network in design or construction (highly preferred)
• Professional, confident, and polished
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable selling high-end services
• Organized with strong follow-up discipline
