We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a luxury apartment community and flexible-stay residences. This is a fast-paced role perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a resident-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
• Process invoices, payments, and resident accounts
• Assist with budgeting, reporting, and financial operations
• Support leasing, renewals, and resident relations
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and vendors
• Ensure smooth daily community operations
• Assist with tours and resident experience
Qualifications:
• Hospitality, multifamily, or property management experience preferred
• Experience with Yardi/Voyager or similar systems is a plus
• Strong Excel and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication
