Job Summary

Horologio is a premier multi-brand luxury watch boutique representing over 15 prestigious Swiss watchmakers. We are seeking a high-performing Sales Associate with a passion for fine timepieces, luxury service, and relationship-based selling. This role is responsible for delivering an elevated client experience, achieving individual sales goals, and building long-term client relationships through exceptional service, product knowledge, and CRM discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Relationship Building

  • Deliver a personalized, luxury client experience from greeting through post-sale follow-up
  • Build, manage, and grow a personal client book using CRM best practices
  • Conduct consistent outreach and follow-up to nurture long-term client relationships

Sales Performance

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to recommend appropriate timepieces across multiple brands
  • Accurately process sales, special orders, deposits, and service transactions

Product Knowledge

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all brands, collections, and complications carried by Horologio
  • Clearly articulate brand heritage, craftsmanship, and technical features
  • Stay current on new product launches and industry trends

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain immaculate personal presentation and uphold luxury grooming standards
  • Ensure showcases and sales floor meet brand and visual merchandising standards

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in luxury retail or high-end client-facing environments

  • Comfortable using CRM and POS systems
