Smart Luxury is home to Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, and Audi and is part of a family-owned automotive group with 24 locations across five states.


As we continue to grow, we are excited to be part of the development of the new Smart Automotive Auto Plaza on 53rd Street in Davenport, which will include Smart Luxury and provide a modern, state-of-the-art service facility designed for technician success.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair vehicle concerns efficiently and accurately
  • Perform repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer and dealership standards
  • Test-drive vehicles and utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to identify issues
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair engines, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and HVAC systems
  • Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly with Service Advisors
  • Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
  • Maintain high-quality workmanship and productivity standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of professional automotive technician experience required
  • Mercedes, Volkswagen, or Audi vehicle experience preferred
  • Level A or Level B technician status strongly preferred
  • Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
