Job description

The primary responsibility of this role is data entry and SKU setup of luxury accessories into our internal databases. This individual will report to the Manager of Luxury Product Operations and coordinate closely with the Buying and Merchandising teams.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor, unpack and organize incoming luxury buys
  • Confirm product brand, category, style, color, size, and material of items being received
  • Ensure the accuracy of images, quantities, costs, serial numbers, and retail prices being entered into the system
  • Create letters of authenticity to accompany the product
  • Ticket and internally distribute merchandise to appropriate business channels based on predetermined allocations
  • Be accountable for individual KPIs set to meet the needs of the business


Skills

  • Working knowledge of luxury brands, collections, styles, and materials
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and works well multi-tasking with a busy to-do list
  • Strong sense of time management and work well under time or deadline pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Versatile and self-motivated with a strong ability to work well independently and collaboratively
  • Experience authenticating luxury product is beneficial but not a must
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the fashion industry is required
