Schedule: Friday & Saturday | 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM

Our Guest Safety Ambassadors are the face of both Coastal and our client, blending safety awareness with elevated guest service to ensure every encounter is smooth, respectful, and on standard.


Mandatory Requirements - Must Meet All to Be Considered
  • Active Texas Security License (Guard Card)
  • Active TOPS Card - required at time of application; candidates without a current TOPS Card will not be considered
  • Proven experience in hospitality, guest services, or professional security
  • Availability to work Friday and Saturday nights, 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM, including holidays

What You'll Do
  • Greet and assist guests, visitors, and staff with warmth, professionalism, and a five-star standard of service
  • Maintain polished grooming, posture, and presentation consistent with luxury client standards at all times
  • Monitor access points and surveillance systems with discretion and attentiveness
  • Conduct thorough property patrols and maintain accurate, detailed incident reports
  • Enforce site safety and guest-service protocols consistently and respectfully
  • De-escalate situations with composure and sound judgment, prioritizing guest experience throughout
  • Partner with hotel management, law enforcement, or emergency responders when required
  • Uphold a confident, approachable, and calm presence in all guest-facing interactions

What You Bring

Required:

  • Active Texas Security License (Guard Card)
  • Active TOPS Card
  • Demonstrated experience in hospitality, guest services, or professional security environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and command presence befitting a luxury hotel setting
  • Reliability, integrity, and accountability - consistently, not occasionally
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure while maintaining client-facing poise

Preferred:

  • CPR, First Aid, or formal de-escalation training
  • Prior experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale venue environment
  • Restaurant experience
  • At least one professional reference available upon request
