Advanced Home is looking for a Junior Smart Home Technology Technician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent technical college graduate or someone with hands on technical experience who wants to build a career working with today's smart home technology. Previous smart home experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person. We are looking for someone who enjoys technology, likes working with their hands, is dependable, and wants to learn a skilled technical trade with excellent opportunities for career advancement. What You Will Learn You will work alongside experienced Advanced Home technicians and receive hands on training with: • Smart home automation systems • Professional audio and video systems • TVs and home theater systems • Home networking and WiFi • Structured wiring and low voltage cabling • Lutron lighting control systems • Motorized window shades • Security and Alarm.com systems • Surveillance camera systems • Equipment racks and system wiring • System setup, testing, and troubleshooting You do not need to know how to work with all of these systems when you start. We are looking for someone with the right attitude and technical aptitude who is interested in learning. A 90 day performance and compensation review will be conducted to evaluate your progress, technical skills, and responsibilities.
