Job description

The Audio-Visual Systems Programmer is responsible the design, development, and implementation of complex AV control system programs and DSP audio designs that align with project scopes of work and related documentation.

We would like this person to be based in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zones

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5-7 years of programming experience in AV programming experience. 
  • Programming certifications in Crestron, QSC, Biamp and Extron are preferred. 
  • Advanced knowledge of DSP setup and configuration, as well as proficiency in backend programming languages like C#, JavaScript, Python, or LUA. Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, is essential for creating advanced touch panel UI designs.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills are required, with expertise in integrating and optimizing both legacy and modern AV systems.
  • Strong customer communication skills are also essential to ensure solutions exceed expectations and align with project goals.
  • Expertise in debugging complex multi-vendor systems and resolving escalated issues.
  • DSP audio design skills, including preset recall and customized audio control.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for engaging with design engineers, project managers, and customers..
