Job description

Diversity matters
We are building a brand that represents the people of the world. It's what you do that counts, and we are always looking to expand perspectives and voices to shape our future.
We see you, we celebrate you, we want you!
Who we are
You might know us as the inventors of the bath bomb, but there's more to this great-smelling, partly employee-owned, family-run company than pioneering cosmetics. We believe our business should put more back into the world than it takes and demonstrate that capitalism can be a force for good.
The role
Our Stock and Logistics Coordinators are the driving force behind the day-to-day running of our logistical operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly through orders, deliveries, and people management, while also overseeing stock ledgers to maintain a profitable business.

You will manage key stock procedures, including ensuring all orders are completed accurately and on time, overseeing deliveries while supporting staff to maximize time efficiency, conducting quarterly stock takes, and leading logistics projects. At the same time, you will be responsible for delivering 5-star customer service on the shop floor and contributing innovative ideas to enhance operations, collaborating closely with both the Shop Floor and Visual Merchandising teams. As a leader, you'll motivate and develop staff across both the Back of House and Shop Floor teams, ensuring time is used effectively and proactively addressing daily challenges to drive success.
