Job description

The Food Safety & Quality (FSQ) Engineer is the technical owner of food safety programs for assigned platforms, with primary responsibility for strengthening preventive controls, advancing sanitation and pest prevention systems, and driving proactive risk mitigation. This role ensures the integrity, improvement, and daily execution of HACCP, Preventive Controls, sanitation programs, environmental monitoring, and GFSI-aligned requirements to protect consumers and maintain regulatory, customer, and internal compliance.

As a technical leader, the FSQ Engineer focuses on elevating food safety program performance-improving system design, closing risk gaps, validating controls, and reinforcing disciplined execution across operations. Responsibilities Include:

  • Strengthen Food Safety Programs, Preventive Controls & Regulatory Compliance
  • Lead Risk Mitigation, Issue Investigation & Corrective Action Execution
  • Build Capability, Reinforce System Discipline & Support Operational Execution
