Lumpers are often hired by logistics companies, warehouses, or third-party services to speed up the process of moving goods in and out of storage or transportation vehicles. The job requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team. Lumpers play a crucial role in ensuring that supply chains operate smoothly by minimizing delays during loading and unloading operations.
