Horario: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (con flexibilidad para horas extra y trabajo en fines de semana)
Pago por hora: $17.25 para el primer y $18.25 para el segundo
Resumen del puesto:
El Ayudante de Embarque (Shipping Lumper) es responsable de cargar, descargar y organizar manualmente la mercancía dentro y fuera de los remolques, contenedores y áreas del almacén. Este puesto garantiza que los productos se manejen de manera segura, eficiente y precisa para apoyar las operaciones de envío y recepción a tiempo.
Responsabilidades principales:
  • Cargar y descargar productos de remolques y contenedores utilizando patines manuales o eléctricos, según sea necesario.
  • Desarmar tarimas y organizar la mercancía de acuerdo con las especificaciones del almacén o del cliente.
  • Clasificar, apilar y colocar productos para su correcta ubicación en inventario o envío.
  • Inspeccionar la mercancía para detectar daños o discrepancias y reportar cualquier problema de inmediato.
  • Mantener un área de trabajo limpia y organizada, cumpliendo con los estándares de seguridad.
  • Seguir todos los procedimientos de seguridad y usar el equipo de protección personal (PPE) requerido.
  • Colaborar con compañeros y supervisores para cumplir con la carga de trabajo y los plazos diarios.
