Position:Print & Mail CoordinatorPosition Summary:The Fulfillment Representative assists in providing the essential printed materials to our members. This includes receiving and monitoring deliveries from our off-site warehouse, unpacking boxed materials, rotating inventory and supplies, and the pre-assembly of enrollment kits.Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Receive and unpack deliveries
  • Assemble and ship post-enrollment kits for new members
  • Monitor inventory of materials
  • Process daily letter files for Enrollment, Customer Service and other internal departments
  • Manage daily, weekly and monthly routine mailings for multiple clients
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Experience, Qualifications, and Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Detail-oriented professional with ability to prioritize
  • Ability to read and follow directions, work independently
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word, is amust
  • Able to lift 60 lbs.

Working Conditions

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee works in normal office working conditions.
Pay Transparency:

Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay rate include your specific skills, experience, qualifications, location, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to the base salary, certain roles may qualify for a performance-based incentive and/or equity, with eligibility depending on the position. These rewards are based on a combination of company performance and individual achievements.

The hiring range for this position is:

$39,000.00-$48,150.00
