This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about art, culture, and event marketing, and who is eager to grow and learn within a collaborative, high-energy team.
You'll support our marketing department across various projects-from executing email campaigns and managing ticketing backend tasks, to conducting research and handling administrative duties. You'll need to move fluidly across different markets and team needs, all while keeping a calm head and a sharp eye for detail.
You'll be part of a team that brings artistic experiences and events to life. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside the marketing department on-site at fairs, seeing your work come to life in the exciting and rewarding world of art fairs.
Responsibilities:

  • Help maintain and update ticketing backend platforms (such as Universe, Eventbrite, etc.) including link creation, promo code creation, and support ticket marketing initiatives.
  • Create and implement UTM links for campaign tracking and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communications between internal teams, vendors, and partners.
  • Build and track tasks for our graphic design team using project management applications
  • Update the company website
  • Conduct online research to support marketing strategy and outreach.
  • Assist with and create reports at the completion of events
  • Manage administrative tasks to support marketing planning, reporting, and organization.
  • Work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating effectively with a broader team.

Technical Skills & Experience:
  • 3-5 years professional working experience in marketing or event marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume email execution (20-30 campaigns/month) in Klaviyo or a comparable ESP (Marketo, HubSpot, etc.), including segmentation, performance reporting, and brand consistency.
  • Hands-on ticketing operations experience in Universe, Eventbrite, or similar, including event builds, promo code structures, embed configurations, and sales reporting
  • Experience creating and implementing UTM links
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Wordpress, Slack, Canva, Bitly, project management applications (Notion or Asana)
  • Bonus: HTML email editing or Klaviyo flows/automation, or multi-market campaign management

Who You Are:
  • Ability to multitask and juggle multiple deadlines without losing quality.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong copywriting and organizational skills.
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit, equally confident working independently.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with the art and events industry, as well as a passion for creative industries.
