Job description

We are currently looking for an Experienced, 1st Shift Production Associate, to join our VALUES based organization for lumber mill production and manufacturing. Hours are M-F 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, +OT as needed for production. 

In this role you will focus on:

  • Reading, routing, and performing work as assigned by department supervisor. 
  • Operating saws, hand tools, and other equipment used in lumber mill manufacturing.
  • Sew, cut, clip, hook or otherwise assembles the materials to produce sub-assemblies or finished product from raw materials.  
  • Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes
  • Place finished goods on the designated pallet.  

Qualifications:

  • Forklift experience and forklift certification
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a in a manufacturing environment working on production equipment. 
  • Prior lumber experience desired.  Engineered Lumber experience is preferred.
