Job description

Skillforce is currently hiring an experienced Lull Operator in Richmond, VA for ongoing work on commercial construction sites. The ideal lull operator has 3+ years experience and holds a lull certification. Pay is $22 - $23 per hour based on experience and skillset.

Lull Operator Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate Lull forklifts a to lift, move, and position materials as needed
  • Conduct pre-operational checks and inspections of equipment to ensure safe operation
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and report any maintenance or repair needs
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure operational efficiency.

Lull Operator Qualifications:

  • Valid lull certification preferred
  • 2+ years proven experience as a lull operator on commercial construction sites
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and equipment operation.
  • Your own reliable transportation

Sites may require the following shifts:

  • Day Shift
