De Lucia Behavioral Health Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is primarily remote, allowing counselors to connect with clients from the comfort of their own homes while maintaining flexibility in their schedules. Although counseling sessions are conducted online, our team remains closely connected through regular meetings and collaborative care discussions. Our outpatient office setting emphasizes a supportive and engaging environment for professional growth and teamwork.

• Create individualized treatment plans by conducting thorough initial assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Implement diverse therapeutic modalities tailored to the needs of each client, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer support specialists, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Foster a therapeutic environment that empowers clients to communicate their concerns and challenges.
• Track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness and relevance.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with professional and legal standards.

The clients you will work with face a variety of mental health challenges, including stress management, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance abuse. Your role as a counselor is crucial in helping these individuals develop coping strategies and achieve their personal goals. You will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, requiring cultural sensitivity and adaptability in your approach.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC).
• At least two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective treatment plans.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment is highly desirable.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
• Access to an unlimited number of client referrals, ensuring a steady client base.
