Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, allowing counselors to connect with clients from the comfort of their own homes while maintaining flexibility in their schedules. Key Responsibilities
  • Create individualized treatment plans by conducting thorough initial assessments and evaluations of clientsโ€™ mental health needs.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Implement diverse therapeutic modalities tailored to the needs of each client, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer support specialists, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
  • Foster a therapeutic environment that empowers clients to communicate their concerns and challenges.
  • Track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness and relevance.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with professional and legal standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will work with face a variety of mental health challenges, including stress management, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Preferred Experience
