LPS Implementation Specialist

Position Summary

The LPS Implementation Specialist will act as a champion and mentor to the broader company for the LPS+ program. This position will be responsible for communicating and upholding the highest standards of the LPS+ program to their assigned regions through in-person/virtual training, site visits, and one on one mentorship will field team members to steward their use of the LPS+ tools to their daily work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Become certified by LPS Inc. as an LPS Core Team member.
  • Become recognized internally and sought after as an LPS subject matter expert
  • Teach LPS components to the organization. Collaborate with Operations to schedule training so that an appropriate number of workers in the Region are trained.
  • Manage LPS Tools, Assessments, Workshops and LPS Information System so that the organization can utilize these items effectively to reduce losses.
  • Conduct regular field reviews at SES or Customer sites to ensure effective use of LPS tools.
  • Create and foster a world-class loss prevention culture by using behavioral safety methods to motivate and influence leaders and employees.
  • Advocate on behalf of SES to build positive relationships and reputation with external clients.
  • Creating work flows to best utilize the LPS+ program in the field to avoid any losses or near losses.
  • Review and communicate findings from the LPS dashboard with Managers.
  • Coordinate with vendors for LPS supplies and manage inventory cost-effectively.

Education and Experience

Preferred

  • A bachelorโ€™s or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of satisfactory experience with SES
  • Experience in Industrial Cleaning Services.
  • Prior experience using the LPS+ program.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and organizational skills.

Job Demands and Work Environment

  • Frequent walking, standing, and sitting for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in industrial environments, including exposure to loud noise, heavy machinery, and potential environmental hazards.
  • Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines, analyze operational challenges, and make high-stakes decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments
  • Travel required, including overnight stays as needed
