Positions AvailableSecurity Officer

Starting Pay: $15.00/hour
Security Officers help protect active Oil & Gas locations by:

  • Checking identification and required safety credentials
  • Logging visitors using an iPad or laptop
  • Monitoring and controlling access to locations
  • Reporting incidents and emergencies
  • Operating secure lease road entrances
  • Providing CPR and First Aid when necessary

Most Security Officer positions are performed from a heated and air-conditioned guard shack equipped with everything needed to perform the job safely and comfortably.


Traffic Control

Compensation: $14 /hour base wage, plus a separate $2/hour personal-vehicle operating allowance during qualifying assignments when the employee must work from a running vehicle.
Traffic Control personnel are responsible for maintaining safe and efficient traffic flow by:

  • Directing and coordinating oilfield traffic
  • Communicating with drivers using CB radio
  • Ensuring traffic control procedures are followed
  • Monitoring roadway conditions
  • Maintaining a safe work environment for employees and contractors

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently while remaining alert and safety-focused throughout their shift.


Traffic Control – Staging Attendant

Starting Pay: $15.00/hour
Staging Attendants play an important role in keeping daily operations organized and running efficiently.
Responsibilities include:

  • Checking identification and safety credentials
  • Entering information using an iPad or laptop
  • Coordinating truck dispatch
  • Monitoring staging areas
  • Communicating with drivers and coworkers using CB radio
  • Reporting incidents
  • Providing CPR and First Aid when necessary

This position is well suited for organized, dependable individuals with strong attention to detail.


Schedule

We offer both Full-Time and Part-Time positions.

Full-Time Schedule
  • Rotating schedule: 3 days on, 4 days off
  • 12-hour shifts

Day Shift

  • 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Night Shift

  • 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Applicants may indicate a preference for:

  • Day Shift

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Have a reliable personal vehicle with current registration and insurance
  • Own a working smartphone
  • Be comfortable using iPads, laptops, and communication applications
  • Have strong communication and organizational skills
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening

Certain felony and misdemeanor convictions may disqualify applicants due to licensing requirements under Pennsylvania law governing Private Investigator agencies.
