Job description

Lexington Public Schools is seeking applications for the position of Middle School Special Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. Applicants must possess a Nebraska Teaching Certificate and an endorsement in special education. Start date on or about August 10, 2026. LPS accepts all prior years of experience in determining initial salary schedule placement and also offers a residency incentive and tuition assistance for pursuing graduate coursework. The District pays the full premium for health insurance. Position subject to veteran's preference. Open until filled. EOE.
