Job Summary

Project Controls Supervisor - Estimating is responsible for providing direction and feedback to team members for cost estimating, estimating analysis and assumptions. Project Controls Supervisor facilitates process improvements and supports initiatives as needed.

Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise Project Controls team members, providing direction and feedback. Support development of team members. Support hiring process as needed
  • Coordinate preparation of and review of various deliverables, including progress and performance reports with weekly, monthly, and quarterly frequencies. Deliverables are provided to internal and external customers
  • Ensure process guidelines are maintained and followed for consistency
  • Lead process improvements within the Project Controls team and participates in cross departmental initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years supporting project lifecycle and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferred Engineering, Business, or Construction Management disciplines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarization with Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACEI) estimating practices
  • Experience with design take-offs, cost estimating and project closeout
  • Experience with stage gate reviews and various estimating classes
  • Proficiency in cost estimation software and Excel - based financial modeling
  • Knowledge of industry standards and estimation methodologies

End Date: 08/03/2026 

Pay Range Minimum:  $104,083.72 

Pay Range Maximum:  $156,125.32 

The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs.  At WEC Energy Group, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
