Job Summary:

Vestal Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for a weekend only position. As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by providing high-quality, individualized care in our sub-acute rehab and skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities:

• Document resident's clinical details, including vitals and temperature
• Administer medications and injections as needed
• Provide treatments and wound dressings as needed
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living
• Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output
• Provide support and leadership to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

Requirements:

• Current NY State LPN License
• Excellent work ethic
• Leads by example
• Caring and compassionate personality
