Job description

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
The LPC in this role will provide full-time remote counseling services to clients located in Texas. Day-to-day work includes meeting with clients through video sessions, completing clinical intakes, creating care plans, documenting progress, and supporting clients as they work through personal and mental health challenges. This role is best suited for a counselor who can manage a regular caseload, stay organized with documentation, and provide reliable support in a virtual therapy environment.
Location: Texas
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Responsibilities
  • Deliver individual therapy through secure remote sessions
  • Complete intake evaluations and gather relevant client history
  • Create, review, and update treatment plans
  • Provide counseling for concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, and relationship issues
  • Keep clinical records accurate, organized, and up to date
  • Follow professional standards for confidentiality, informed consent, and telehealth practice

Requirements
  • Active Licensed Professional Counselor license in Texas
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or a related behavioral health field
  • Previous clinical counseling experience required
  • Telehealth experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong documentation and time management skills
