Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health needs of clients and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain open communication with supervisors, healthcare providers, family members, and support networks to monitor client progress and adapt treatment approaches as needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate regular appointments, home visits, and therapeutic observations to ensure a holistic approach to care.

  • Organize training sessions to empower teammates in implementing program plans effectively, ensuring all staff members are knowledgeable in their roles.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LPC at Congruent Health Center, you will serve a diverse population encompassing both adults and youth, each with unique backgrounds and mental health challenges. This position allows for a variety of therapeutic engagements, including family therapy, couples therapy, and support for those with substance misuse or trauma-related issues. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of California.

  • Demonstrated expertise in areas such as family therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse.
