Guide patients from crisis to stability. As an Inpatient Therapist, you provide structured, evidence-based care that restores hope -bringing steady energy and teamwork to our busiest hours.
How You Will Make a Difference
  • Complete therapy assessments and treatment plans within regulatory timeframes.
  • Facilitate daily groups (CBT/DBT/psychoeducation), family sessions, and discharge planning.
  • Coordinate aftercare with community providers; remove barriers to continuity.
  • Document progress notes that reflect measurable goals and outcomes.
  • Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving.
  • Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening/night teams.
