As aTherapist, your primary responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments, formulating treatment plans, and providing individual and group counseling. You will work closely with clients to guide them through their therapeutic journey, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual, group, family, and/or other practical counseling in various settings to meet client/patient needs and treatment goals.
Complete intake/screening and/or comprehensive assessment processes within designatedtime frames.
Determineand document diagnoses based on comprehensive assessments.
Develop individualized treatment plansin accordance withregulatory standards.
Participatein clinical staffing/treatment meetings, providing feedback on pertinent cases.
Ensure authorized services are approved and adequate information is provided within specifiedtime frames.
Document all services providedin accordance withregulatory standards.
Assistclients/patients through the transition process and complete final correspondence.
Maintainpositive, professional relationships with referral sources, clients/patients, and coworkers.
Handle crisis situations as they arise andparticipatein emergency services as needed.
Facilitategroup counseling, family therapy, and individual sessions, including specialty services.
Provide clinical consultation to treatment team members when necessary.
Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
Mustpossessat least aMaster's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, ora relatedfield.
Holds licensure with the applicable board of professional registration for the state of practice as a professional counselor or social worker (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).
Must be willing to become licensed inadditionalstates as needed.
Must be comfortable providing telehealth services (training will be provided).

Additional Qualifications:
Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check.
Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
First Aid and CPR certification within three (3) months of beginning employment.
Behavioral Management training completed within thirty (30) days of employment.
Knowledge of the policies, procedures, and regulations of the program to which the associate is assigned.

Physical Requirements:
ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (exists 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during workshift.
Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing arerequiredonly occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
