• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' psychological and emotional status, identifying specific treatment needs.
• Develop personalized therapeutic plans based on assessment findings and ongoing evaluations of clients' progress.
• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, tailoring therapeutic approaches to fit the varying needs of clients and families.
• Employ evidence-based methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and other modalities to address a wide range of mental health disorders.
• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation, adhering to state regulations and internal guidelines to facilitate effective care continuity and compliance.
• Educate clients and their families on coping mechanisms, support resources, and self-help strategies to foster independence and resilience.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions, contributing insights and staying current with best practices in mental health care.

The client population you will serve includes individuals and families facing a diverse spectrum of challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. • Must hold a valid Marriage and Family Therapist license (LMFT) in the state of Missouri.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or psychiatric setting is essential.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are critical for effective patient engagement and collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Ability to work efficiently in a remote setting while remaining organized and motivated to meet client needs.
• Knowledge and understanding of state and federal mental health regulations to ensure compliance and quality of care.

• Experience working with various therapeutic modalities and familiarity with different evidence-based practices are highly desirable.
• Previous experience in community mental health settings or integrated care models.
• Demonstrated cultural competence and ability to connect with a diverse patient population.

Healious Psychiatry offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
