Key Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual individual and group counseling sessions tailored to meet the specific needs of clients dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges.
• Conduct thorough assessments that inform the development of personalized treatment plans to effectively address each client's unique circumstances.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions during sessions, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive support.
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, offering immediate support to clients in distress.
• Conduct psychoeducational sessions for clients and their families, equipping them with tools and strategies to manage mental health challenges.
• Document all client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in accordance with ethical and legal standards, maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, staying current with best practices and advancements in the field of mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse population of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families, each presenting unique mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in a behavioral health field such as counseling, psychology, or social work is required.
• Active and independent LPC license from the state of Missouri is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our extensive benefits package includes:
