This position operates in a collaborative remote environment, allowing for meaningful interactions among interdisciplinary teams through virtual platforms. You will work closely with an array of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other therapists, ensuring a cohesive approach to patient care. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' conditions and needs accurately, developing personalized treatment plans effectively.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities designed to meet a wide spectrum of mental health disorders.
• engage in crisis intervention when necessary, employing compassionate strategies to provide immediate support for clients in distress.
• Collaborate routinely with healthcare team members to coordinate care, ensuring a seamless integration of services across disciplines.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation adhering to all state regulatory standards and facility guidelines, ensuring compliance and quality care.
• Educate clients and their families on coping strategies, community resources, and mental health literacy to empower them to maintain their well-being.
• Participate actively in professional development opportunities and staff meetings to enhance your skills and contribute to team initiatives.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Your expertise will be essential in addressing a myriad of mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma-related issues and relational conflicts. We prioritize culturally competent care and encourage our therapists to employ therapeutic practices that reflect the values and needs of our patients.

• Must hold a valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Missouri.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or psychiatric setting, with a demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations.
• Proficient in utilizing evidence-based practices and staying updated on mental health regulations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate positive relationships with clients and team members alike.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment and effectively manage your time.

• Experience in conducting group therapy sessions and family therapy interventions.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for maintaining clinical documentation.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
