You will engage with clients through telehealth platforms, ensuring that therapy sessions are conducted in a confidential and safe online environment. Our team uses advanced electronic medical record (EMR) software to streamline workflows, allowing you to focus more on client care rather than administrative tasks.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide a variety of therapeutic interventions—including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy—for clients of diverse backgrounds.
• Document and maintain accurate clinical records according to ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive mental health care, participating in case reviews and consultations.
• Stay informed on current mental health research and best practices by attending professional workshops and continuing education opportunities.

The LPC will primarily work with individuals and families with limited access to quality mental health services, addressing a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Our clientele may include vulnerable populations who require a deeper level of understanding and tailored care. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• A solid understanding of legal and ethical counseling standards and practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect and establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse counseling, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
• Previous experience working within telehealth systems and utilizing EMR software effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to function collaboratively as part of a healthcare team while contributing positively to client outcomes.

The compensation for this LPC position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, based on your experience and client caseload.
