Job Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting
  • Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
  • Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI)
  • Support discharge planning and continuity of care

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Behavioral Health Field preferred. High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum one (1) year of work experience in behavioral health field preferred.
  • OR State SUD certification required if education is equivalent to High School or Bachelor's level. License preferred.
    • CADC I,II, or III
    • QMHA or QMHP and willing to obtain a CADC
    • CSWA, LPCA, LMFT, LCSW, LPC
  • CPR-AED and First Aid certification required.
