• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to inform tailored treatment plans based on the unique needs of each client.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse clientele, translating into impactful sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting techniques to fit client circumstances.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to innovate treatment strategies that enhance client outcomes.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
