Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for clients, ensuring their mental health needs are accurately addressed.

  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups through virtual sessions, utilizing various modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy.

  • Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to facilitate effective outcomes and ensure adherence to established mental health goals.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to provide integrated care that addresses the holistic needs of clients.

  • Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems for efficient tracking of client progress.

  • Stay current with best practices in counseling and mental health by attending professional development workshops and contributing to an atmosphere of learning and growth.

Qualifications
