This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the University Place, Washington area while facilitating telehealth sessions. • Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for clients, ensuring their mental health needs are accurately addressed.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups through virtual sessions, utilizing various modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to facilitate effective outcomes and ensure adherence to established mental health goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to provide integrated care that addresses the holistic needs of clients.

• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems for efficient tracking of client progress.

• Stay current with best practices in counseling and mental health by attending professional development workshops and contributing to an atmosphere of learning and growth.

As an LPC with Gotham Enterprises, you will work with diverse populations across various age groups, addressing multiple mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You'll have the opportunity to utilize your expertise to create impactful therapeutic strategies, adapting your approach to meet the unique circumstances and cultural backgrounds of your clients.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Washington state.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing counseling services, with a preference for clinical settings.

• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing counseling practices.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effectively building therapeutic relationships with a diverse client base.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team dynamic, integrating ideas and approaches from various specialties to enhance client care.

• Specialization in trauma, substance abuse, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable.

• Experience with various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to DBT and psychodynamic therapy.

• Familiarity with telehealth practices and technologies is a plus.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
