Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to devise personalized treatment plans for clients.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring each session is relevant and impactful.
  • Incorporate varied therapeutic modalities including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to address clients' specific needs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems for efficiency.
  • Stay current with mental health advancements through continual professional development, attending workshops and relevant training to enhance your therapeutic skills.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
