MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is seeking an experienced Therapist to work out of our office in North Chesterfield, Virginia. The Therapist will provide in-person and virtual counseling, depending on the client need.
MySpectrum offers outpatient therapy to children, adults, families, and couples with a variety of mental health and substance use needs. The ideal Therapist for this position will be open to working with a varied client base, and eager to offer a safe and healing therapeutic environment.
Job Summary:
The Outpatient Therapist will provide outpatient therapy in an office setting. The standard caseload for Full-time Therapists will be approximately 30 clients. As the primary responsibility will be to provide clinical services to clients, MySpectrum offers the most effective tools to do so.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Provide Outpatient Therapy in standard 30-60 minute blocks (depending on client need)
  • Complete Initial Assessments
  • Complete Treatment Plans
  • Complete Progress Notes
  • Be an integral part of the team through collaboration and communication

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Must be licensed as an LPC or LCSW in the state of Virginia, and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels
