Remote LPC Opportunity in Virginia Full-Time
Location: Virginia
Setting: Telehealth
Salary: $115,000-$120,000/year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide virtual counseling to adults across Virginia. You'll work with clients facing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship concerns, and life changes while maintaining a consistent outpatient caseload.
In This Role, You Will
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions by secure video
  • Help clients identify goals and work through emotional or behavioral concerns
  • Use appropriate counseling approaches based on each client's needs
  • Maintain accurate progress notes and clinical records
  • Recognize safety concerns and make referrals when additional care is needed
  • Coordinate with other providers when appropriate

Requirements
  • Active Virginia LPC license
  • Master's degree in counseling or a related qualifying field
  • Previous clinical counseling experience
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Comfortable providing care in a remote setting
