Come change the game with us. Apply today!
We are seeking a talented Manager, Loyalty Program Operations to join the Loyalty team within the Global Marketing organization, supporting the Foot Locker brand portfolio across multiple markets. In this role, the Manager will be responsible for both the end-to-end execution of loyalty campaigns, rewards, offers, and sweepstakes, including campaign setup, testing, execution, communication, reporting, and optimization as well as the day-to-day operations of the FLX Membership program, including development of program rules and requirements, roadmap development, reporting, training, and other tasks as assigned.
The Manager will play a critical role in campaign planning, ensuring loyalty initiatives ladder up to broader quarterly and enterprise marketing priorities, and will act as a strategic consultant to cross-functional partners, guiding them on program capabilities, best practices, and business objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong project management skills, analytical aptitude, operational rigor, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves to get the job done (think "start up" within the organization). Responsibilities
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:
Program & Campaign Execution
  • Own the end-to-end operational execution of loyalty campaigns, rewards, offers, and sweepstakes, including setup, requirements definition, testing (UAT), execution, monitoring, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Ensure all campaigns are executed accurately, on time, and in compliance with legal, technical, and operational requirements across markets.
  • Perform post-campaign analysis to evaluate performance, member engagement, and ROI, identifying insights and optimization opportunities for future campaigns.

Campaign Planning & Strategic Alignment
  • Partner with Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, and other stakeholders to help plan loyalty campaigns that ladder up to larger quarterly and enterprise marketing initiatives.
  • Translate strategic objectives into executable loyalty use cases, ensuring alignment between campaign goals, member experience, and program capabilities.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on loyalty mechanics, advising partners on the best ways to leverage the FLX program to drive enrollment, engagement, and incremental revenue.

Program Operations & Roadmap Delivery
  • Deliver against the loyalty program strategic roadmap, including defining requirements for features and functionality, performing UAT, training relevant teams, and overseeing successful rollouts.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance engagement and revenue through new campaign types, rewards, and emerging capabilities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Consulting
  • Collaborate across a highly matrixed organization (Data & Analytics, Technology, Legal, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Store Operations, Customer Service, etc.) to bring loyalty initiatives and campaigns to life.
  • Act as a trusted consultant to cross-functional partners by clearly articulating program capabilities, constraints, and goals, and recommending scalable solutions.

Qualifications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Strong project management and communication skills, analytical aptitude and a willingness to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. A passion for putting the customer first is a must, and experience with loyalty programs is preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in program, product, or operations roles, preferably within a Direct-to-Consumer loyalty program, CRM, or promotional/campaign environment.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into execution while maintaining close attention to operational detail.
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to build relationships and influence across a global, matrixed organization.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions, measure performance, and drive optimization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; must be able to deliver visually compelling PowerPoint presentations and present clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Experience working within an Agile framework is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional language proficiency a plus (French Canadian).
  • Global experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to occasionally travel within North America.
  • Other duties as assigned.
