We're seeking an Associate Marketing Manager, Loyalty to own execution for our Peetnik Rewards loyalty program. You'll design, build, and optimize batch campaigns and automated lifecycle journeys across email, push, and in-app-partnering with design, product, retail operations, and other marketers to drive adoption, engagement, and retention. This is a full-time, exempt level role.

What You Will Do:
  • Develop & execute end-to-end CRM & lifecycle programs (batch and automated) across adoption, retention and winback, translating business goals into clear KPIs to measure outcomes.
  • Own the lifecycle & CRM calendar, balancing strategic vision (segmentation, messaging, offers, cadence) with flawless execution. Develop creative briefs for campaigns, partnering with the design team to ensure creatives meet campaign goals.
  • Partner with Retail Marketing team to execute and report on retail coffeebar blast campaigns for seasonal product launches, offers or surveys.
  • Partner cross-functionally with design, product, data insights, retail operations, and customer service to align on objectives, creative assets, and technical requirements.
  • Segment & personalize communications-analyze member behavior to build targeted audiences, tailor messages and offers, and continuously test (A/B and multivariate).
  • Leverage data & reporting-define KPIs, build dashboards, mine campaign performance for insights, and deliver regular, actionable reviews that inform optimization.
  • Communicate clearly-present strategies, results, and recommendations in writing and in person, building credibility and buy-in across marketing and retail.
  • Iterate rapidly-test boldly, learn quickly, and apply process improvements to maximize member value.
  • Drive simultaneous projects-manage timelines, reviews, and delivery for multiple campaigns without dropping the ball.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing experience
  • Hands-on with a modern CRM platform (e.g. Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo), including coding HTML campaigns
  • Proven track record with A/B (and ideally multivariate) testing and performance analysis
  • Strong Excel/SQL skills or comfort with reporting and analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Self-starter attitude and passion for continuous optimization
  • Bonus: Prior experience with loyalty programs

The target annual base salary range for this position is $89k - $100k. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the applicant's qualifications, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education, certifications or licenses, other legitimate non-discriminatory business factors, and the geographic location of the role. In addition to base pay, individuals in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
