Job description

Scenic Group US/LATAM is looking to hire an Account Executive, Loyalty & Events to join our team at our Hollywood, FL corporate office. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Executive, Loyalty & Events to join our marketing team for Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours and Emerald Cruises & Tours. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating awareness of our customer loyalty programs and organizing consumer‑facing events (Insider Sessions, Loyalty Events). This dual‑branded role requires a creative thinker with strong organizational skills and a passion for building lasting relationships with our customers.

Loyalty Program Management
  • Communicate updates and initiatives related to the Scenic & Emerald Rewards programs across the US & LATAM markets.
  • Support the development and execution of loyalty marketing initiatives that increase member engagement, retention, and advocacy.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate loyalty initiatives into broader marketing campaigns and business objectives.
  • Respond to inquiries from the Contact Center and loyalty members regarding program benefits, promotions, and related initiatives.
Consumer Events & Experiences
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute consumer‑facing events including Insider Sessions, loyalty member events, and other brand experiences.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, venues, and vendors to identify opportunities, secure event locations, and coordinate all event logistics.
  • Develop promotional plans in collaboration with the marketing team to maximize attendance through email, digital marketing, social media, and partner communications.
  • Coordinate event registration, attendee communications, presentation materials, branded collateral, giveaways, and on‑site execution.
  • Travel as needed to support events, represent Scenic and Emerald Cruises, and ensure a premium guest experience.
  • Manage event budgets, purchase orders, vendor payments, and invoice processing.
  • Measure event success through attendance, lead generation, guest feedback, and post‑event reporting, providing recommendations for future enhancements.
Customer Engagement & Communications
  • Create compelling marketing content including email campaigns, social media posts, landing page content, and promotional materials supporting loyalty initiatives and consumer events.
  • Develop personalized communications that nurture customer relationships and encourage program participation and event attendance.
  • Assist with CRM data collection, audience segmentation, and campaign execution to improve engagement and conversion.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Utilize CRM and marketing analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of loyalty initiatives and consumer events.
  • Track program participation, event performance, and customer engagement metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the Marketing Leadership Team.
  • Identify trends, customer feedback, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Contact Center/Reservations, Revenue Management, and other internal teams to ensure successful execution of loyalty initiatives and events.
  • Collaborate with travel advisor partners, venues, vendors, agencies, and other external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Support additional marketing initiatives and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1‑2 years’ experience in loyalty marketing or a similar role.
  • Prior event experience (planning & executing) highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent presentation, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, as well as Microsoft Office suite.
  • Creative thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and concise.
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and adaptability to a changing environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ensuring regulatory or brand compliance deadlines are met.
