Permanent Family Medicine Physician Opportunity – Lowville, NY

Delphi Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established, hospital-affiliated practice with Lewis County Health System in Lowville, New York. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician to step into a thriving practice with a strong patient base, experienced APP support, and a collaborative team environment.

This opportunity is available due to an upcoming physician retirement and offers the ability to make an immediate impact while enjoying a balanced schedule and excellent quality of life in the Adirondack region.

Position Highlights:
  • Permanent, full-time Family Medicine Physician opportunity
  • Competitive base salary up to $358,000 (75% MGMA benchmark)
  • $50,000 sign-on and relocation bonus
  • Quarterly RVU productivity bonus opportunity for production above 75% MGMA
  • Established practice with approximately 120 patient visits per week
  • Strong APP support with two Family Nurse Practitioners
  • Minimal call responsibilities: approximately 2–3 days per month for after-hours primary care coverage
