About Us:

In 1995, two emergency physicians, Drs. Jay Ellie, and Frank Edwards, created a staffing model for emergency departments in small community hospitals in western New York. They saw that big staffing vendors weren't cutting it for the little guys, and that's when Delphi Healthcare stepped in. Delphi Healthcare is all about finding talented providers for rural, underserved community hospitals. We're all about connecting with individuals who want to live and work in tight-knit communities where their backgrounds and skills will make a huge impact.
