This position is based at our headquarters in Mooresville, North Carolina. Our corporate office is a space where you can collaborate and do your best work. Take a walk, grab a bite (or a cup of coffee), work out or get a check-up – we invest in you so you can find your inspiration.
Your Impact
At Lowe's, we're transforming how products move from suppliers to stores to customers - faster, smarter, and more efficiently than ever before. Our corporate Supply Chain organization is at the heart of that evolution, and we're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to help shape the people strategy that powers it.
As the HRBP supporting Market Delivery, Transportation/Final Mile, and Fulfillment Operations, you and the Director HR Business Partner will partner directly with senior officers and their leadership teams to develop and execute a comprehensive human capital strategy. This is a strategic, corporate-level role focused on enabling business growth and transformation across the enterprise Supply Chain network.
You'll lead work in organization design, leadership effectiveness, change management, and talent strategy, ensuring that structure, capability, and culture align to business objectives. You'll be a trusted advisor to leaders navigating transformation, helping them build strong teams and deliver results that shape the customer experience at scale. Success in this role requires strong judgment, comfort operating in ambiguity, the ability to simplify complex business challenges, and the confidence to provide clear recommendations to senior leaders.
What You Will Do
Partner with Supply Chain officers and the Director HRBP to proactively identify business challenges, shape people strategy, and deliver recommendations that drive business outcomes.
Lead organization design and workforce planning to position the business for scalability and long-term success.
Drive leadership and team development efforts that strengthen bench strength and build future-ready capabilities.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders by providing clear perspectives, challenging thinking when appropriate, and leading organizational change initiatives.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent, Rewards, Learning & Development, etc.) to deliver integrated solutions that advance Lowe's people agenda.
Leverage data and insights to inform decisions, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement.
Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting engagement, inclusion, and a shared sense of purpose across Supply Chain.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent years of experience (Master's preferred).
5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally supporting large, complex, or operational organizations.
Proven ability to influence and advise senior executives on organizational and talent strategies.
Strong business acumen and experience operating in dynamic, matrixed environments.
Expertise in org design, change leadership, and leadership coaching.
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and make sound decisions with incomplete information.
Communicate with executive presence by simplifying complex issues, prioritizing key messages, and delivering clear, actionable recommendations.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
Preferred Skills/Education
HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) a plus.
