This position requires schedule flexibility based on hotel business needs. Candidates should be available to work both morning and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

  • Operations & Compliance Guru: You keep everything sharp, upholding standards for grooming, safety, and certifications-Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, First Aid, and more.
  • Admin Ace: Behind the scenes, you handle payroll, scheduling, and reports, tracking staff hours and productivity with ease.
  • Quality & Promotions Pro: You ensure food looks and tastes excellent, create fun promotions, and oversee inventory and beverage purchasing.
  • Communication & Problem-Solving Hero: You keep everyone informed and address guest requests or concerns quickly, always ensuring satisfaction.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in hospitality, or a relevant college degree with related experience.
  • Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing; strong financial and arithmetic skills.
  • Supervisory experience preferred, with excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure.
