Position: Lot Manager/Technician
Company: Raceway Kia of Freehold

Position Overview

Raceway Kia of Freehold is seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on Lot Manager or Lot Technician to support our Freehold dealership operations. This position is responsible for keeping vehicle inventory organized, presentable, and ready for customers and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain new and pre-owned vehicle inventory
  • Keep the dealership lot clean, safe, and professionally presented
  • Move vehicles between departments and dealership locations as directed
  • Receive, inspect, and check in incoming inventory
  • Install stock numbers, license plates, window stickers, and other required materials
  • Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, charged, and front-line ready
  • Assist with dealer trades, customer deliveries, and vehicle staging
  • Coordinate with sales, service, detail, and management teams
  • Report inventory damage, missing keys, or location discrepancies immediately

Qualifications

  •  Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
  •  Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the lot
  • Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
  • Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles
  • Previous dealership or inventory experience preferred but not required
