Lot Attendant Description (Sales)
Our Sales Department is one of the most customer service-oriented areas of our company and presentation is of utmost importance. The Lot Attendants will be responsible for maintaining presentation of inventory and general appearance of building and lot areas.
The Sales Lot attendant will need to ensure all vehicles are properly labeled with accurate information and perform regular lot inspections to identify and address any issues. Having the ability to coordinate between sales, service and detailing teams will be essential for vehicle preparation.
Various responsibilities will include but are not limited to managing keys and providing accurate records of vehicle locations.
Customer service skill will be essential in this role by assisting with inquiries and directing customers to the appropriate personnel.
While on the lot, the Sales Lot Attendant will monitor and report any damages or maintenance needs on the lot.
Having previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required and having basic knowledge of automotive makes and models is a plus.
An acceptable driving records check and background check are required.
