Job description

Job Summary:
The Loper Success Hub Operations Specialist is the first point of contact for visitors to the Loper Success Hub, which is a one-stop shop for academic support on the 2nd floor of the Calvin T. Ryan Library. The Loper Success Hub unifies services provided by Academic Advising & Career Development, Disability Services for Students, TRIO - Student Support Services, and Tutoring & Academic Support. The Operations Specialist plays a vital role in connecting students to appropriate campus resources. This position assists with the successful operation of the Loper Success Hub by supporting data management and working with Success Hub staff to purchase supplies and process other payments. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of campus resources, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will understand the mission of the Loper Success Hub and be dedicated to helping all UNK students achieve academic success through a validating approach, acknowledging the unique attributes and needs of each student.
