Swamp Rabbit Cafe and Grocery is a showcase for local farmers and food artisans. We buy from over 300 local producers to provide the community with a convenient and fun connection to those producers. The Swamp Cafe is a fun and fast-paced environment focused on serving delicious food with fresh seasonal and local ingredients. The Early Morning Dishwasher is key to maintaining the high level of Swamp Standards. Customer service starts with cleanliness!


Requirements:

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • Responsible for washing cafe and kitchen dishes following sanitation guidelines, keeping the dishwashing and storage areas clean
  • Sweeps, takes out trash, compost and recycling throughout the day
  • Performs additional cleaning tasks such as deep cleaning, wiping walls and scrubbing dish station
  • Assists Kitchen and Cafe in the transportation of dirty dishes to the dish room
  • Puts clean dishes back in their designated place in the appropriate department



SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS?

AGE/AVAILABILITY

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be available early morning hours (4a-12p shift) and must be available weekends
