Job Summary:

The Manager of System Administration oversees a team responsible for maintaining enterprise systems, ensuring reliability, security, and performance while collaborating with IT teams to address complex issues.
Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of System Administrators to support daily operations and long‑term technical growth.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of core systems and infrastructure across multiple environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, outages, and system disruptions.
• Manage logical security, including system user accounts, permission structures, groups, and role‑based access control.
• Conduct capacity planning, performance analysis, and configuration management for optimized system performance.
• Administer enterprise backup and disaster recovery technologies, including NetBackup and Veeam.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and other IT groups to coordinate solutions and maintain operational alignment.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of IT systems experience with hands‑on system administration.
Preferred:
